Quick Start

Get your first AI agent running in under 5 minutes.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, you will need:

  • A DigitalOcean account (for Self-Hosted plan) or just sign up for Managed
  • A Tailscale account with an auth key
  • An AI API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or another supported provider

Step 1: Install the CLI

macOS/Linux:

curl -fsSL https://officeclaws.com/downloads/install.sh | sh

Or install via Homebrew:

brew install glebek2h/tap/officeclaws

Then create an account:

officeclaws register

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

  • Self-Hosted ($4.99/mo) -- You provide the DigitalOcean account, we handle orchestration
  • Managed ($14.99/mo) -- We provide everything, just bring your AI key
officeclaws subscribe

Step 3: Connect Your Keys

Run onboarding and enter your API tokens when prompted. Your keys are stored locally and never sent to our servers.

Step 4: Provision Your Agent

Start onboarding and watch Office Claws provision a VPS, install the agent runtime, and connect everything via Tailscale. This takes about 2-3 minutes.

Step 5: Start Chatting

Once your agent is online, list your agents or start a chat from the CLI:

officeclaws agents
officeclaws chat
